Over the course of his career, Aaditya has held senior leadership positions at some of the country’s most influential media networks viz. Sony Pictures India Networks, Zee Network, ESPN Star Network, Discovery Networks Asia Pacific, et al. where his contributions have helped define content & revenue strategy, strengthen ecosystems, and drive sustainable growth in an increasingly dynamic media environment.

Having extensively worked across a diverse spectrum of genres, including Hindi GEC, Movies & Sports, Aaditya has been at the forefront of integrating audience intelligence with strategic storytelling. In his current role, he is deeply focused on leveraging advanced analytics & data-driven insights to shape the future of Television media consumption and monetisation.
