Komal Shukla is Responsible Marketing Senior Lead for AMEA at Mars, where she leads how Mars brands show up with consumers across every market in the region, so they build trust and grow safely, with integrity.
Before this, she was Regional Head of Digital Marketing and Media for Kellanova (now part of Mars) across Africa, the Middle East and Asia. She has close to 18 years of experience across agencies (Mindshare, VML) and client-side roles at Sanofi Consumer Healthcare and Boehringer Ingelheim, including both regional and global positions. She brings particular strength in media effectiveness, measurement, marketing mix modelling and creative analytics.
Her work sits where creative and data meet: understanding what makes marketing effective, measuring it transparently, and making sure it holds up with the people it's meant for.
