Fanbul is an accomplished expert in marketing, branding, and community engagement with 10+ years of experience. He currently spearheads a marketing and creative team exceeding 50 employees at one of Indonesia's largest F&B companies.
Beginning his journey in managerial roles in 2011, Fanbul has been instrumental in community development. He established and participated in 13 profit and non-profit organizations, orchestrated collaborations with hundreds of organizations, and engaged over 11,000 youths across Indonesia in various social causes.
Renowned for his prowess in agile management, integrated digital strategies, and growth hacking, Fanbul founded Konner Advisory, a digital consultancy firm. His notable achievements include the Asian Games 2018 campaign, where he swiftly garnered 150+ million social media impressions, collaborated with 500+ communities, celebrities, and influencers, and generated 40,000+ pieces of user-generated content. Under his leadership, Konner Advisory invested in three startups: HalalQuest, Omera, and Drone Politik, securing clients generating revenues of $1 million within two years. In March 2019, he departed Konner Advisory to embark on a new professional venture.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Fanbul dedicates time to mentoring SMEs, startups, and non-profit organizations through seminars, workshops, and one-on-one sessions. He also founded 'Minutes of Manager', a community aimed at connecting, collaborating with, and empowering thousands of emerging professionals across various industries. Currently, this initiative has a presence in Jakarta, Yogyakarta, Bandung, Bali, and is expanding to other cities.
