Vivian Pham is Co-Founder & Managing Director at Stella Creative, a marketing and creative consultancy, where she leads integrated marketing, brand strategy, and creative solutions for clients across FMCG, retail, banking, and healthcare. She brings extensive experience across Retail, FMCG, and marketing consulting, most recently as Chief Marketing Officer of Vincom Retail (Vingroup), where she led integrated marketing and customer experience across the group's shopping mall network, spanning both B2B and B2C.
Prior to that, she spent several years as Senior Integrated Marketing Communications Manager at Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam Beverage, leading digital and performance marketing across the company's beverage portfolio. Her career began in digital and traditional media at EssenceMediacom/GroupM (WPP) and VNG Corporation, where she led strategy for global and regional brands including Unilever, Sony, Masan, Fonterra, Uber, Wrigley, Jollibee, Bayer, and Naver.
She holds an MBA with Distinction from Western Sydney University, and has served as a jury member for Vietnam Young Lions, MMA Smarties Vietnam/APAC, BSI Awards, Vạn Xuân Awards, and The NextDMX, as well as a guest judge and mentor for university marketing competitions including CMO VII, Marketing Arena, You Are Marketer, Marship Connector, and the M4D Contest. She has also been an industry lecturer in Digital Marketing Strategy since 2019 at UEH-ISB, HUTECH, and VN-UK Institute.
