Brad Feinberg serves as Vice President of Media and Marketing Operations on the North America Marketing Leadership Team at Molson Coors Beverage Company. In this role, he leads all media strategy and investment, strategic partnerships, agency operations, and the company’s in-house agency, VOLT Studio.
Over more than 16 years at Molson Coors, Brad has been a driving force behind the company’s modern marketing transformation. He has built and orchestrated an end-to-end digital consumer experience—integrating media, digital commerce, CRM, content, and data to fuel growth across every consumer touchpoint.
Brad also spearheaded the creation of MA$H (Marketing Analytics Science Hub), Molson Coors’ industry-leading marketing performance, optimization, and decision-science platform, which now serves as the engine for marketing effectiveness, investment optimization, and enterprise-wide decision-making.
In 2009, Brad founded VOLT Studio, Molson Coors’ award-winning in-house creative agency, purpose-built to increase speed, agility, and cost efficiency while elevating creative quality and brand impact.
Brad began his career in entertainment and media at Discovery Communications and across CPG and travel brands at leading global advertising agencies, including DMB&B, BBDO, and OMD.
Driven by a passion for AI-enabled modern marketing, Brad has led transformative initiatives for some of the world’s most iconic brands—creating new capabilities that fuel sustained growth and earn industry recognition.
