A founding employee of Meta (Facebook) Philippines who worked with companies across the eCommerce, Retail, FMCG, and Health industries; and a recipient of the global Meta Power of Partnership Award. Before this, was the General Manager of Wunderman Manila (now Wunderman Thompson) building the agency from the ground up, starting with 12+ employees and leaving with a 100+ (wo)man team. Was able to grow the business by acquiring regional and global clients; from the Digital Centers for Microsoft in Asia Pacific, to Microsoft Mobile Devices in Pan Asia, and P&G for 4 APAC markets – as well as driving Wunderman’s digital agency business in the Philippines. Prior to Wunderman, established and led the growth of the startup agency Chimes Digital Marketing Solutions - a company that quickly grew when it seized opportunities in digital early on in the game. Was an awarded manager in Microsoft for Customer and Partner Experience (CPE) - landed accolade as Outstanding Performer for Asia Pacific, as well as worldwide recognition from Microsoft. Eventually moved on to become the Product Manager for Windows and successfully led the biggest launch ever mounted by Microsoft Philippines. Passionate about people development and building world class teams; have always been involved in organizational development initiatives across all companies that I've worked for. The latest being an APAC Fuel Ambassador for Meta which focuses on leveraging on programs and tools to build high performance teams that enables people to live the best version of their lives.
