Prior to assuming her current position, Rubie started as Marketing Management Trainee in Unilever, handling a diverse portfolio from OMO & Comfort in Home Care to Deodorants & CLEAR in Beauty & Personal Care. She then led Foods Business & company strategic Net Revenue Management initiatives, before becoming a Director leading Channel & Category Development for Personal Care and later, Hair Care business.
