To address the complexity of identity, LiveRamp has introduced Portrait Engine: a first-party identity resolution system that reconciles customer data from any source to generate a stable identifier and build the most relevant customer view—the portrait. Portrait Engine is available broadly today in Beta, with a full GA launch planned for 2H.
Portrait Engine enables a broader set of first-party data foundation capabilities, including resolution and enrichment of a brand’s permissioned data. LiveRamp’s full suite of first-party data capabilities are delivered by the Portrait Engine, AbiliTec and Data Store.
Abilitec, and our entire Identity framework, is designed to complement the Portrait Engine resolution process with additional options for connectivity and enrichment, bringing together everything LiveRamp can do to provide the best possible customer resolution for a myriad of use cases from marketing to product development, from personalized support to consumer research.
