Ville Kulmala is a technology, data and marketing executive with over 20 years of experience across Asia and Europe. His background spans mobile marketing, digital agencies, VC-backed startups, enterprise technology, customer data, AI and go-to-market growth.

He has long-standing marketing industry credentials through Mobile Monday Thailand, MMA SMARTIES, MMA APAC Yearbook contribution, mobile marketing masterclasses and speaking roles at Mobile World Congress Shanghai and other adtech, martech and mobile industry forums.

In Shanghai and Singapore, he worked with digital agencies including Advocacy, an awarded word-of-mouth marketing agency, contributing to digital and mobile campaigns for brands including L'Oréal, Maybelline, Watsons, Coca-Cola, Philips and Cadbury’s.

He has also worked with leading Chinese enterprise technology and AI companies, including BestSign, where he served as Head of Technology Strategy and Growth across Legal AI, enterprise data, governance, compliance, product growth and international expansion. He also advises founders and executive teams on enterprise data and AI strategy and mentors startups through Techstars Japan.
