Huy was recognized with excellent achievements as Vice President Marketing, Wealth and Personal Banking, HSBC Bank (Vietnam) and became the Marketing Head in November 2016. Huy has led the Marketing team and contributed successes to business through many innovative, digitally-led marketing and brand campaigns. Huy exceeded the stretch business growth targets with effective return on marketing investment and received Marketing Award from HSBC Group.

Thai Duc Huy joined HSBC, Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB) in September, 2009 as Vice President Marketing where he drove to achieve the number 01 market share and leading position for HSBC Credit Card and Premier through dynamic, insight-led marketing campaigns, innovative product and proposition launches, and value added programs.

Before joining HSBC, Huy held key positions in the Marketing functions of Shell, Nestle and Samsung.
