As the Head of the CDMO, a pivotal business enablement department at L’Oréal South Africa, I am at the forefront of driving Data Architecture and Analytics that inform crucial business decisions across multiple touchpoints of “business” and “online & offline” data.
I am at the helm of crafting our Digital and Media Strategy, ensuring its seamless execution, governance, and maintaining an exacting focus on performance tracking for our advertising and marketing initiatives.
My extensive 15-year+ career in General Management, covering leadership roles, both locally and globally, across three diverse sectors within the beauty industry—namely, with L’Oréal Luxe Division, Dermatological Beauty Division, and Mass Market Divisions—has significantly enriched my business and financial acumen, providing me with a comprehensive understanding of, consumers, Omni-channel retail partners, advertising, and digital dynamics.
I have a passion for all things digital, data, insights, and consumer behaviour while process optimisation remains a daily obsession.
