As Director Sales & Partnerships at OMR, I am responsible for all partner relationships across our flagship event—the OMR Festival—as well as our year-round products such as the OMR Podcast. Together with my teams of around 40 colleagues, we drive approximately two-thirds of OMR’s total revenue and manage relationships with over 1,000 partners.
