Mr. Nguyen has over 18 years of experience in e-wallets, e-commerce, and digital banking, having worked with leading companies such as Payoo, SmartPay, SenPay, Sendo, Tiki, and OCB. He began his career with pilot licenses for e-wallets from the State Bank of Vietnam and has witnessed the evolution of e-payment trends in Vietnam.
During his decade at Payoo and five years in product director roles at SmartPay and SenPay, Mr. Nguyen gained extensive expertise in payment platforms and models. In his current position at OCB, he is driving digital transformation initiatives, including OCB Café, the implementation of Backbase OMNI 4.0, and the expansion of Open Banking services.
