

Kate oversees total portfolio growth for all 11 brands of the Jollibee Group in the Philippines:- Jollibee, Chowking, Mang Inasal, Red Ribbon, Greenwich, Burger King, Yoshinoya, Panda Express, Common Man Coffee Roasters, Milksha, and Tiong Bahru Bakery.
Kate joined the Jollibee Group in 2024 and has focused on building modern marketing muscle for the marketing organization. She has championed consumer centricity, creative excellence, and actively exploring innovative ways to drive marketing spend effectiveness. She has been instrumental in PH’s stellar performance. Kate is a champion of unlocking hidden potential of the entire marketing organization, fostering an environment where creativity and innovation can thrive. Her mentorship has empowered many to achieve their best, contributing to the overall success of the Jollibee Group in 2024 and in the years to come.
Before joining the Jollibee Group, Kate amassed over 24 years of experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods sector, where she led global, regional, and local brands at Procter & Gamble and Unilever across 14 countries worldwide, living in Singapore, Hong Kong and Spain. She also drove digital transformation and championed analytics in various capacities in tech consulting in Accenture and her own start-up. Her personal advocacy is to help start-up founders who are doing meaningful work and creating impact.
