A commercially-driven media business leader with 16 years of regional tech/digital/commerce/ media experience in agency roles across multiple sectors. Aside from business development & stakeholder client relationship management, also drove the product/services diversification agenda for the group, while ensuring people development remains high on the agenda.
A successful track record in evolving existing capabilities as well as incubating several emerging media & non-media solutions including but not limited to OMD Create (Creative/Social/ Influencer marketing hub), OMD Transact (full-service ecommerce unit), Data & Tech and the integrated Performance solution.
A key focus remains around investing in future-looking areas of the agency to continue to differentiate service offering. Act as a strategic advisor to clients whilst demonstrating a strong track record in commercial/ revenue strategy for the agency, structure transformation of the agency, offshore/outsourcing models, team management, and overall thought leadership in the industry.
