Hùng Võ is an influential Vietnamese marketer and strategist. He is the only Vietnamese marketer to have been named among the Top 100 Most Influential CMOs globally in 2022, and among the Top 50 Most Influential CMOs in Asia Pacific in 2021.
Hùng founded Redder in 2012, which by 2017 had become Vietnam’s most awarded independent creative agency. In 2019, Redder entered into an M&A with Dentsu and was rebranded as Dentsu Redder. From 2018 to 2024, Dentsu Redder held the position of Vietnam’s No. 1 creative agency, earning more than 200 international awards from ADC, The One Show, One Asia, MAD Stars, Spikes Asia, Effie APAC, PR Asia Awards, The Caples Awards, and many others.
Hùng also founded and has led Young Marketers since early 2013, building the platform into one of Vietnam’s most influential initiatives for developing the next generation of marketing talent.
Beyond the creative industry, Hùng has led transformative growth journeys for major Vietnamese businesses, including 2.5x growth for Biti’s between 2016 and 2020 and 2x growth for Giao Hàng Tiết Kiệm between 2021 and 2022, serving as Vice Chairman and Deputy CEO overseeing Marketing and Growth. He has also served as a Marketing Advisor to numerous leading Vietnamese corporations and businesses during periods of significant transformation and expansion.
Since October 2025, Hùng has served as Group Vice President at Văn Lang Education Group, overseeing Growth, Brand Reputation, Strategic Innovation and Global Partnerships. He is also Chief Global Strategy & Marketing Officer of Xperise Global, a technology startup that reached a US$100 million valuation within three years and is officially expanding globally from Q4 2026. He also serves as an Independent Board Director of several major corporations, including Bảo Tín Mạnh Hải.
Deeply committed to education, Hùng has served as a Founding Member of the Global Advisory Council of Fulbright University Vietnam and UNICEF Vietnam since 2020. He also hosts and contributes to nonprofit education podcasts and platforms, including Edustation and Future Impact Academy.
