Xavier Marzan is the Founding Partner at AI venture investor and studio, Embiggen Ventures. Concurrently, he is a Managing Partner at Embiggen X- an AI & Digital Transformation Consulting company that services Enterprises and Mid-Market Companies across Europe, Asia Pacific and the Philippines. He is also a Country Board Director & Advisor for companies such as Alipay Phils and AFG VC.
Mr. Marzan is a Fintech pioneer, previously being the early CEO for two Southeast Asia unicorn Fintechs-- GCash and TrueMoney (Ascend). He was also formerly the CEO at local corporate innovation & venture builder F(DEV). In the past, Xavier was also a Director for Corporate Development and M&A at Time Warner in New York and an ex-Consultant with Accenture. He has an MBA with High Honors from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, a graduate of Stanford GSB's Entrepreneurship program as well as Founder Institute's VCLab program for emerging funds, and he is an alumni of Ateneo de Manila University's Management Engineering program.
