Winder Chen has over 20 years of rich experience in brand building, digital marketing and technology entrepreneurship. Winder joined Procter & Gamble Greater China in 2005, he started off in the Personal Care sector for local market, leading an equity winning brand with dominant market share and in 2009 promoted to led 5 global markets. During 2011-2013, Winder took the role of Marketing Director for Digital Media & Innovations for P&G Greater China, in which he oversaw total P&G digital media operations, including video, display, search and social investment strategy and operation optimization. Later Winder founded and act as CEO of Kuaizi Technology devoted into development of AI Content Platform and technology aiming to transform the creative efficiency, effectiveness and insights of digital marketing. In 2017, Winder also co-founded QuickDecision, an AI Marketing Research Technology Platform and also served as CEO. In 2020, Kuaizi.ai built a leading Enterprise AI platform for Video Commerce served over 10000 brands and merchants across markets, now as Top 1 in China. Winder was also Awarded “40 Under 40”Most Impactful Alumni of P&G Global Alumni Summit and FastCompany China Top 50 Most Creative People in Business.
