As the leader of Starcom’s Solutions Architects practice, Willie Jackson works to advance the scope and offering of the SA group by helping clients apply the right marketing technology solutions across a wide range of business challenges.
Willie brings over 17 years of experience using data and analytics to inform media investment strategies and create value across Telecom, Transportation, Consumer Goods, Retail and Financial Services verticals. Under Willie’s leadership, the SAs have developed strategic solutions for clients, including Lowe’s, Best Buy and US Cellular, Samsung and Lionsgate. In 2022, Willie was an honoree of the prestigious Ad Age 40 Under 40.
Willie co-developed a new mentorship program for 100 person data & analytics team and piloted a senior leadership mentorship program within the Solutions Architect Team. He also serves as a mentor for junior and mid-level talent, given his commitment to fostering connections through his involvement in BASE (Black Association of Starcom Employees), 1 of 30 Business Resource Groups within the company.
He was born and raised in Shreveport, Louisiana and spends family holidays in New Orleans. In his spare time, he can be found cooking, cycling, running, playing (5) instruments and traveling.
