Mr. Victor Janolino or "Chuck" is Rebisco's Corporate Marketing Director. He holds a degree in Legal Management from Ateneo de Manila, a Masters in Management from London Business School, and has completed executive finance courses at Harvard and Wharton.
His career includes senior marketing and business development roles at companies like Unilever-Bestfoods, Novartis, Diageo, and Lafarge. He’s worked across various consumer and industrial sectors in nine countries, showcasing his expertise in business growth.
Currently, he is the Corporate Secretary of the Philippine Association of National Advertisers (PANA) and the Vice-President of its advocacy arm, PANA Foundation.
