Tran Thi Xuan Trang is a marketing and business leader with 16 years of experience across FMCG and healthcare, spanning global companies including Unilever, Nestlé, and Unilab.
She is currently Marketing Director at United Pharma International, a member of the Unilab Group — one of the region's leading healthcare, personal care, and cosmetics companies. In this role, she leads portfolio strategy, product development, integrated marketing communications, and holds full P&L ownership for her scope.
Prior to healthcare, Trang built her brand and business foundation at Unilever and Nestlé. At Nestlé, she led the Nescafé "Make Your World" campaign, which received the 2024 Van Xuan Award alongside strong business results for the brand.
Trang combines brand strategy, consumer insight, and commercial rigor to build brands that deliver for both consumers and the business. She holds an MBA from Western Sydney University.
