Tessa Tamin is a brand, media, and digital marketing leader with 17 years of experience driving innovation across global and local markets — from Indonesia and Southeast Asia, Benelux and North Europe, to his current position leading media and activation across Europe. As Europe Foods Media & Activation Lead at Unilever, he champions the social-first transformation of demand generation across key European markets. His work spans landing social-first strategies at scale, building out Foods AI Studio as an in-house AI-powered content engine, and activating creators across the full influencer spectrum — from celebrities and macro creators through to UGC. At the heart of his approach is the SASSY framework — Sensorial, Aesthetic, Science, and Said by Others — a methodology that embeds Europe's Foods power brands, Knorr & Hellmann's, into culture in ways that create genuine desire and drive volume growth. His expertise spans brand management, media strategy, digital and social transformation, and eCommerce. He is known for his ability to connect technology with culture — championing AI-powered content supply chains and data-led media investment to build brands that are both commercially effective and culturally relevant in an era where attention is the scarcest resource. Beyond his brand and media work, Tessa has co-chaired the Proud Network at Unilever Benelux for the past two years, contributing to Unilever's recognition as an Advocate by Workplace Pride — proof that great leadership extends beyond business performance to building workplaces where everyone can thrive. He brings to the judging panel a sharp eye for work that is platform-native, purpose-led, and truly built to perform.
