Sarah Nugent is CEO of UM UK, an Omnicom Media agency. She is responsible for leading the agency’s growth and transformation agenda through a Full Colour Media approach, to drive exceptional business outcomes for our clients and build a culture of bold and progressive thinking. Sarah joined Omnicom Media in 2013 and was previously Managing Director of PHD UK, where she led the Growth team and sat on the executive leadership board. During this time, she drove long-term client growth and operational success, leading major wins including Warner Bros. Discovery, Chanel, Sainsbury’s and Entain. With over 20 years’ experience, Sarah has worked across sectors including entertainment, gaming, FMCG, retail, travel, luxury and finance. She is known for building strong client partnerships and leading high-performing teams. Sarah was named 2025’s Top New Business Chief and on Campaign’s A List.
