Over 15 years experience developing, building, managing new businesses and M&A. Created and founded BuscaPé 1998. Directly involved in all investments rounds with Unibanco and Merrill Lynch (2000), Great Hill Partners (2005) and exit of USD 342MM to Naspers (2009). Also responsible for start-up investments during last 2 years. Mr. Borges holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of São Paulo.
