Rika is the Executive Managing Director for Southeast Asia and Singapore at Kantar where she is focused on strengthening client partnerships, accelerating growth across Southeast Asia and advancing the company’s mission to deliver meaningful, insight-led impact for brands in a high pressure environment as a PE-backed firm.
She brings over two decades of experience across marketing, digital transformation and business leadership in APAC and North America. She is known for driving growth, building high-performing teams and delivering strategic impact across complex, multi-market environments for leading Global brands.
Prior to Kantar, Rika held senior leadership roles at Google, where she led agency and partner relationships across APAC, and at Digitas, where she served as Managing Director, spearheading integrated marketing and digital transformation initiatives. She also spent several years at Ogilvy in regional leadership roles, including leading digital and social transformation programmes across Asia.
Rika has built a strong reputation for combining data-driven thinking with creative and commercial acumen, helping brands navigate evolving consumer landscapes and unlock growth opportunities. Her leadership style is collaborative and people-focused, with a strong emphasis on talent development and organisational capability building.
She is an active contributor to the industry, serving on multiple boards and advisory councils, including Board Director for Esplanade, the International Advertising Association (IAA) Singapore and other regional bodies. Rika has been widely recognised for her contributions, including being named in Campaign Asia’s 40 Under 40, Asia’s Women Leaders by CMO Asia, and among the Top Women to Watch in APAC.
