Ray is the Global Director for Hydration at PepsiCo International Beverages in Dublin, Ireland. He leads the strategy and innovation initiatives for the functional and tasty hydration platforms across all PepsiCo International markets outside North America. Prior to this, he served as Chief Marketing Officer of PepsiCo Philippines Beverages and has held various leadership roles at NESTLE and P&G in Asia.
