Rajesh brings in over 3 decades of diverse experience across India and Southeast Asia.

As Chief Strategy Officer at specialist healthcare agency Medulla Communications, Rajesh leads strategic planning across pharma and consumer healthcare brands, shaping disruptive platforms and long-term brand properties.

Previously, he has held leadership roles in strategic planning at agencies such as JWT and FCB in India and Jakarta.

He has created campaigns for brands such as Kellogg’s, Fonterra, Castrol, Singapore Tourism, MSD, J& J (Kenvue), Spry (AI based Physiotherapy Start up In USA) and many more.

His work has been recognized at major international festivals, winning honors that include Effie Gold, WARC Awards (Best Brand Purpose), Midas New York (Grand Prix), Dragons of Asia (Best of Asia Pacific) etc.

Rajesh also brings extensive experience from “the other side of the table” as a long-standing awards juror. He has served on multiple effectiveness juries over the years, including
a. Global: AME Awards (2025), New York Festivals (2026).
b. APAC: Dragons of Asia awards (across years. Judging in 2026 too)
c. India - EFFIEs (since 2009), DMA Asia ECHO Awards, SMARTIES

He also loves capturing life and moments, through his lens. Work has been shortlisted and displayed at the Cannes Also Photography Exhibition.
