Pat Choa is the Director for Customer Support Scaled Operations, Google Ads based in Manila. For the last 7 years, Pat has been in leadership roles across global scaled operations that support Google’s customers across Product Troubleshooting, Optimization, Implementation. She comes with over 15 years of media planning and operations experience from Procter & Gamble, one of the world’s biggest consumer goods companies and advertisers. She has also worked for ABS-CBN, the largest media conglomerate in the Philippines when they launched their digital business. She is passionate about digital media and gets great fulfillment in providing scaled support services to help businesses succeed. She is also the Site Lead for Google Philippines and leads the cross functional team in making the Philippines a site where Googlers and the business can thrive. Pat was also awarded as one of the Most Influential Filipina Women in the World (Global FWN100) in 2022 which recognizes outstanding contributions, mentorship, and legacy in their respective professions, industries, and communities.
