Mr. Nguyen Minh Quy is the Founder and Chairman of NOVAON Group, a technology and industrial conglomerate comprising 20 member companies with a track record of serving more than 95,000 corporate clients.
With over 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship and business leadership, he has continuously embraced innovative thinking and strategic vision to develop Novaon into an integrated infrastructure provider that helps businesses improve productivity and accelerate growth.
In 2025, he was named among the “Top 30 Outstanding Young Vietnamese Entrepreneurs” under the Red Star Awards. Under his leadership, Novaon has consistently been ranked in the FAST500 — the list of Vietnam’s 500 fastest-growing enterprises — and has received numerous other prestigious awards.
He also actively contributes to the development of Vietnam’s business community through key leadership roles, including Vice Chairman of the Hanoi Young Business Association (HANOIBA) for the 2026–2031 term and Vice Chairman of the Bac Ninh Young Entrepreneurs Association.
Through these positions, he has helped strengthen business networks, advance digital transformation, and enhance the competitiveness of the next generation of young Vietnamese enterprises.
