With more than 20 years of entrepreneurial and executive experience, he continuously drives creative thinking and strategic vision to develop Novaon into an integrated infrastructure creator, helping businesses optimize productivity and accelerate growth.
In 2025, Mr. Quý was honored among the "Top 30 Outstanding Young Entrepreneurs of Vietnam" (Red Star Award). Under his guidance, Novaon has consistently secured its position in the FAST500 ranking, which recognizes the top 500 fastest-growing enterprises in Vietnam.
