Mr. Hoa A. Nguyen, Founder & CEO of YouNet Group, holds an M.Sc. in Computer Information Systems from the University of Houston–Clear Lake and is the author/co-author of seven international research publications (six IEEE, one ACM) on semantic similarity. Building on this deep scientific foundation in measurement and information systems, he pioneered the Marketing Systems OS (MSO) and its core Measure Spine. Under his leadership, YouNet is now positioned as The Measure Group, providing the vital measurement and operating architecture that powers Marketing Systems across Southeast Asia.
