Melinda Savitri is the Country Marketing and Communications Head, leading marketing and communications strategies at Grab Indonesia and OVO since December 2021. With over 15 years of business and marketing experience, she oversees country marketing planning and execution across all of Grab's verticals, including transport, food, groceries, deliveries, financial services, OVO, and GrabForGood.

Under her leadership, Melinda has initiated various iconic campaigns, including the "Cerita Tentang Percaya" series, which highlighted the resilience of the Indonesian people during the pandemic. She also champions the "AI-First with Heart" philosophy that underpins Grab's latest innovations, from GrabFood Mandiri and Grab Bintang Lima to the GrabMerchant AI Assistant.

In early 2026, Melinda received personal recognition as "Marketer of the Year" at the Marketing Excellence Awards (MEA) 2025, complementing Grab Indonesia's total 10 wins at the same event. Throughout 2025, the Indonesia team under her leadership also received significant industry recognition, including Brand of the Year at the Indo NEXT Asia-Pacific Awards 2025, as well as the Publisher of the Year Industry Award and winner across 11 campaign categories at MMA Smarties Indonesia 2025. Melinda and her team were also part of Grab's regional achievements, contributing 7 of the 13 Campaign Awards Grab secured at MMA Smarties Asia Pacific 2025, where Grab also took home 2 Industry Awards (Brand of the Year and Publisher of the Year).

Prior to Grab, she served as Head of Beauty and Personal Care Masstige at Unilever Indonesia. She holds degrees from the University of Indonesia and a Master in International Business (Cum Laude) from Grenoble Ecole de Management, France, completed through a full scholarship from Total Group. Melinda is based in Jakarta.
