Matt is our SVP of Finance and has over 20 years’ experience working in corporate finance at various marketing and entertainment companies. Possessing an active CPA license, Matt specializes in instituting order/compliance at creative organizations and was previously Chief Financial Officer of Troika Media Group where he oversaw its IPO to the NASDAQ as well as Chief Financial Officer at TLA Worldwide which was a publicly-traded sports marketing agency. Matt also worked previously at Walt Disney Studios and IMG/WME/Endeavour as well as ran his own fractional CFO consulting business where he specialized in steering numerous distressed marketing/media companies out of the pandemic to solvency.
