

Ms. Butler serves as the Head of Cross-Segment Marketing for Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. In this role, she oversees Virtual Client Events, Virtual Advisor Marketing, Client Rewards, Marketing Innovation, Marketing Governance, and Wealth Management value proposition go-to-market strategy. Prior to this role, Ms. Butler served as the COO for Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Marketing. In this role, she managed strategic projects and team operations, as well as serves as Chief of Staff to Morgan Stanley Wealth Management’s Chief Marketing Officer.
Ms. Butler started at E*TRADE in 2016 and held a variety of key roles—from establishing the Content Review function to managing media relations and organic social media initiatives to standing up the Content Curation function—extending the Morgan Stanley content universe to E*TRADE clients and prospects.
Ms. Butler started her career at Pershing (a BNY Mellon company), serving on the Chief of Staff team for several senior executives and later as marketing manager for the Pershing Prime Brokerage segment. She also spent time at Booz Allen Hamilton as part of the Strategic Ventures team—leading marketing initiatives for Innovation Hubs across the country and working hand-in-hand with architects to create the Company’s first innovation center. Ms. Butler graduated from Villanova University with a double major in Finance and Marketing and holds FINRA Series 4, 7, 24, 63, and SIE licenses.
