Muchammad Esa Putra is a senior marketing and media leader with over a decade of experience across FMCG, e-commerce, and agency environments. He currently serves as Head of Digital & Media at Frisian Flag Indonesia, leading integrated media, digital transformation, CRM, social media, and consumer engagement initiatives to accelerate business growth and brand impact.

His expertise spans full-funnel media strategy, digital marketing, performance marketing, social media, creator/KOL strategy, affiliate marketing, e-commerce acceleration, CRM, and data-driven marketing effectiveness. Throughout his career, he has managed multimillion-dollar media investments, built high-performing teams, and led integrated campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, TV, and e-commerce ecosystems.

Prior to Frisian Flag Indonesia, Esa held leadership roles at Lazada Indonesia, where he led media operations and affiliate marketing initiatives, as well as at Reckitt, overseeing digital and media strategy for health and nutrition brands. He also built strong strategic foundations through agency leadership roles at OMD Indonesia, Initiative, MediaCom, and Starcom, managing major local and multinational brands across categories.

Known for combining strategic thinking with strong analytical capability, Esa has deep expertise in media effectiveness, integrated marketing planning, consumer journey development, and translating business objectives into measurable marketing outcomes. He is also experienced in stakeholder management, executive-level presentations, and driving cross-functional collaboration across commercial, marketing, and digital teams.
