With over 20 years of experience in the FMCG sector, Ebru Üstün is a strategic marketing leader renowned for driving digital innovation and consumer-centric growth. As CMO at Lactalis Türkiye, she shapes the marketing vision for İçim, Turkey’s leading dairy brand; as well as the Président brand.
Ebru graduated from Boğaziçi University with a degree in International Trade and began her career at Evyap, one of Turkey’s top personal care companies, in 2002.
She joined Eti, a leading confectionery company, in 2005, where she held various leadership roles across product management, international marketing, new category development, and digital strategy. As Senior Digital Marketing & Media Director, she played a pivotal role in leading Eti’s digital transformation and optimizing its media strategies
At Lactalis, Ebru leads a cross-functional team dedicated to delivering personalized, consumer-focused marketing campaigns that resonate with today’s modern audience. She is highly regarded for her collaborative leadership style and her commitment to mentoring the next generation of marketing professionals.
Ebru currently serves as Vice President of MMA Türkiye and is a Board Member of the Turkish Advertisers Association, actively contributing to the advancement of marketing and advertising in Turkey.
