

As Chief Marketing Officer, International Consumer Bank, at JPMorgan Chase, Deborah is part of the team leading the expansion of the firm’s retail banking and investments business outside of the US, including Chase UK, and Nutmeg, the digital wealth brand.
Her recent career has focussed on innovation in the financial services space, leading brand marketing, growth, and product teams at Grupo Santander and Starling Bank, and supporting early stage tech start-ups with growth and investment strategies.
Working at the intersection of marketing, data and customer facing technology has been a consistent theme of her career which has spanned leadership roles in agencies, including Digitas (formerly LBI) consulting in the convergent media, communications and telecoms sectors whilst at PWC, and developing and launching some of the first digital subscription products for Pearson publishing.
