Since joining Microsoft 10 years ago, Carly has lead high performing sales teams across Search, Sales Enablement, Native, and now all Media and Ad Tech Solutions. She turned a passion for helping brands build products through marketing initiatives into an extensive career in digital advertising, including helping to incubate and bring to market Microsoft Audience Ads over 6 years ago which is now a $1B/year business for MSA. With time spent at ad agencies, publishers and big tech companies, Carly has used the last 18 years to learn about different industries and businesses (including Tech, Autos, Pharma, Retail, Finance and many others), the ever evolving digital advertising landscape, and work closely with Microsoft’s business and engineering teams to keep our products closely aligned to industry expectations. Partnering with customers closely is at the core of her keys to success, prioritizing the value that feedback based innovation can have on landing go-to-market efforts.
