With over two decades of experience in FMCG, OTC, and agency sectors, Angeliki has held leadership roles across local, regional, and global marketing functions, specializing in brand building, insights, analytics, and marketing operations. She has progressively taken on positions of greater responsibility, leading global marketing and insights transformation efforts.

Angeliki joined Bayer in 2007 in Net Revenue Management before becoming Head of the Global Strategic Insights & Analytics Center of Excellence. Driven by a passion for turning insights into a competitive advantage, she led five global programs that generated $30M in efficiencies through process optimization and AI-powered solutions. In 2022, she was promoted to Global VP of Marketing Excellence and Commercial Capabilities, where she advanced Bayer’s marketing and sales foundational capabilities through training programs and embedded the brand-building framework into daily operations, fostering a high-performance culture through global awards and thought leadership. Currently, as Global VP of Brand Building & Integrated Communications, Angeliki leads the evolution of the brand building framework, strengthening brand foundations and driving excellence in media and content.

Before Bayer, Angeliki held key roles at Mondelez International, Kraft Foods, and Cadbury, where she led strategic growth initiatives, including global brand repositioning, M&As, divestitures, and innovation initiatives to enhance organic growth.

Angeliki began her career at Focus Bari, a leading market research agency in Greece, where she developed expertise in insights, analytics, and client management. She holds a BSc in Communication and Media from Panteion University of Political and Social Sciences, specializing in Advertising and Public Relations, and is based in Basel, Switzerland.
