

Katrina Lim holds a degree in Industrial Management Engineering from De La Salle University-Manila, an executive MBA from the Asian Institute of Management, and has completed a specialized course in Social Innovation at EGADE Business School.
With over 13 years of experience in operations, product development, brand management and marketing, Kat has significantly impacted the business transformation of start-ups, SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) and multinationals across various sectors. As the founder and president of Koala, she successfully launched a personal smartwatch brand in July 2019. Her leadership led to three of Koala’s smartwatch models being listed in the “Top 10 Best Smartwatches in the Philippines” for 2022 and 2023 by tech reviewers.
Currently, Kat is with Kantar, overseeing the market research needs of Nestlé with the goal of providing valuable insights to support strategic business decisions. She also serves as the co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer of LT1 Development Corporation (Balai Paraiso), a recently launched hospitality start-up specializing in vacation home rentals.
