Global Head of Digital Marketing Experience, Andrea is responsible for overseeing the firm’s digital marketing ecosystem, including MSCI’s website, social media activation, performance marketing and analytics. In her role, partners closely with leaders in Client Coverage, Product, Technology Marketing and beyond to grow and evolve MSCI’s digital marketing strategy to enhance the overall client experience. Andrea will revamp our digital platforms to improve the client journey, and leverage data and analytics to drive relevant and personalized content, optimize channel performance and match marketing investment with value generated. 

Andrea Marshall previously served as the Head of Digital Experience and Client Journeys at Invesco. In this role, she led Invesco’s journey towards digital transformation, bringing new digital products and experiences to market, inspiring and igniting change across the organization. Over the years, Andrea has been a Marketing and Digital leader for many notable Fortune 500 companies, including JPMorgan Chase and Nationwide, where she was instrumental in the launch of flagship capabilities. Her focus has always been in driving a customer-focused, digital-first mindset, which has paved the way for most of her career. 

Outside of Digital Marketing, Andrea is passionate about college football and basketball, specifically Notre Dame and Ohio State. She is also a triathlon enthusiast and actively engaged in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
