She brings deep expertise in consumer insights, brand strategy, integrated marketing, product marketing, and partnership development, and is known for her strategic clarity, strong stakeholder management, execution excellence, and ability to balance brand building with performance outcomes.
At Visa, Chi leads initiatives that bring Visa’s brand promise to life through locally relevant, high impact programs, driving business growth and long term brand equity. Her work spans both Visa led and partners’ co marketing initiatives, promoting Visa’s relevance in payments and culture—from everyday moments to lifestyle experiences. These programs are developed in close collaboration with issuers, merchants, and ecosystem partners in Vietnam and Laos, with a strong focus on effectiveness and measurable impact.
Prior to joining Visa, Chi held senior marketing roles at Citibank Vietnam, Prudential Vietnam Assurance, British American Tobacco, and Nielsen, building strong foundations in brand building, product marketing, and consumer insights.
