As Global Vice President for Baby and Child Care at Kimberly-Clark, Gemma is responsible for brand marketing, developing cohesive global growth strategies, and driving consumer-led innovation for a portfolio of brands including Huggies, Pull-Ups, and GoodNites. Prior to this Gemma was Chief Marketing Officer for Convatec - a FTSE 100 healthcare company, offering pioneering solutions for the management of chronic conditions and in her role as CMO Gemma built globally competitive capabilities to transform the business to a customer centric led organisation enabling marketing as a growth driver. Gemma has gained over twenty years marketing and commercial experience, including more than 14 years at Unilever where she had the VP Global Marketing Beauty and Personal Care and Vice President Home Care UK & Ireland roles. She also held senior positions at Danone where she launched new Active Health segments and supported marketing communications. Recognized as one of the UK's top 100 Effective Marketers and a Fellow of The Marketing Academy, Gemma brings a proven track record in delivering consumer insight-driven omnichannel transformations and embedding purpose-led propositions. She is also a strong advocate for integrating ESG strategies within business, with a notable passion for equity, diversity, and inclusion.
