Jill Pratt is Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer at The Campbell’s Company, leading marketing for the enterprise including consumer insights, brand communications, marketing excellence, marketing performance, and omni commerce. She is responsible for delivering profitable growth by strengthening our connection with consumers across Campbell’s iconic portfolio of brands including Campbell’s, Cape Cod, Chunky, Goldfish, Kettle Brand, Lance, Late July, Pace, Pacific Foods, Pepperidge Farm, Prego, Rao’s, Snack Factory, Snyder’s of Hanover, Swanson and V8.
Previously, Jill served as Chief Marketing Officer at Heatonist, a company that partners with hot sauce makers to bring new flavors to market. Prior to that, she spent 14 years with McCormick & Company, serving as its first global Chief Marketing Officer, and in roles including Chief Marketing Excellence Officer and Vice President and General Manager of Zatarain’s seasonings and spices. She previously worked with Procter & Gamble for seven years in brand management roles.
Jill earned her Bachelor of Science in commerce from the University of Virginia and her Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. She also serves as the Vice President of the Board for Baltimore Center Stage.
