Minh Ngoc is the Co-Founder and Executive Creative Director of Circus Digital. With over 15 years of experience in the advertising industry, her leadership and creative expertise have helped Circus Digital become one of the most prominent players in the advertising space in Vietnam. Throughout her career, Ngoc has focused on combining creativity with strategic thinking, aiming to create work that is not only engaging but also meaningful and effective. She believes in the power of collaboration and continues to learn from every project and team she works with.

Ngoc earned a bachelor's degree in Art from the Academy of Theater and Cinema, which has provided her with a strong foundation in creative thinking and expression. Her passion for storytelling and strategic thinking has helped her to create some of the most memorable and impactful campaigns for her clients.
