Katharina began her career at Bayer and flourished at Takeda, where she served as Country Manager for Vietnam in 2021. In this capacity, she strengthened organizational capabilities and enhanced local patient access to critical medical needs, notably introducing Vietnam's first dengue vaccine.
Currently, as the Managing Director at MSD Vietnam, Katharina is on a mission to chart a forward-thinking course for healthcare in the country. Her goal is to make a profound impact by saving and improving millions of lives through equitable access to cutting-edge vaccines, medicines, and innovative health solutions for some of the world’s most challenging diseases.
