Katharina Geppert is a dynamic leader in the pharmaceutical industry, recognized for her strategic vision and compassionate leadership. With over 14 years of experience, she is committed to transforming the healthcare landscape and expanding patient access to innovative treatments.

Her extensive expertise spans global and strategic roles across Germany, the United States, and Japan. Katharina began her career at Bayer and flourished at Takeda, where she served as Country Manager for Vietnam in 2021. In this capacity, she strengthened organizational capabilities and enhanced local patient access to critical medical needs, notably introducing Vietnam's first dengue vaccine.

Currently, as the Managing Director at MSD Vietnam, Katharina is on a mission to chart a forward-thinking course for healthcare in the country. Her goal is to make a profound impact by saving and improving millions of lives through equitable access to cutting-edge vaccines, medicines, and innovative health solutions for some of the world’s most challenging diseases. 

Katharina is celebrated for her collaborative leadership style, believing in tackling challenges as a cohesive team.
