

Melissa began her career in journalism as a magazine editor and copywriter but has played key roles across creative with attention to branding, identity, and content creation. She has had the privilege of working on everything from seasonal campaigns to NASCAR to launching fashion and grocery brands. From Target to Morphe and now Abbott, Melissa specializes in building best-in-class internal creative agencies. She believes in developing socially relevant, disruptive content that meets consumers where they are, with the goal of developing a unique brand position and fostering brand love and affinity.
Melissa has an MA in Journalism & Mass Comm from the University of Minnesota and received her MBA with a focus on Marketing and International Leadership from St. Thomas Opus College of Business.
