He founded Blueseed in late 2013 and has led it to become the leading Cross-platform Video Ad Network in Vietnam. Blueseed is now a media group providing complete managed digital marketing services with 4 subsidiaries: Blueseed Media, Blueseed Digital, Blueseed Hanoi, Greenoly, branching in 3 countries: Vietnam, Australia, and Korea, and more than 150 staff.
Prior to all this he was Head of Ad Platform for VNG/Zing as well as many years experience in Software and Product Development.
