Kirsty has been with Mindshare for 14 years across global, local & regional roles in strategy, product & client leadership. She started her agency career at Mindshare WW’s headquarters in London where she worked on global accounts such as Volvo & Dyson. After 6 years in the global team, she moved to Asia to take on a Client Leadership role for Mindshare Vietnam. Over 7 years she grew her remit to oversee 15+ accounts and simultaneously took on a Head of Strategy & Product role within the Vietnam office. In 2023 Kirsty moved into a regional role for Mindshare APAC within the Strategy & Product team where she now drives community initiatives across the region to support & upskill our network of strategists. In addition Kirsty leads the awards agenda and engages in consultancy projects for the agency.
