Tim is a Senior Partner based in San Francisco and leads Lippincott’s West Region. With more than 25 years of experience, he helps leading companies define brand, marketing, activation, and go-to-market strategies. He’s led high-profile brand transformations tied to major transactions, including spin-offs, mergers, acquisitions, and private equity investments. His recent work includes creating Veralto, the new brand for Danaher’s water and production solutions business; creating Lumentum and Viavi from the split of JDSU; and branding Allegion, the standalone security business spun off from Ingersoll Rand. He has also developed go-to-market strategies and brand refreshes for Kaiser Permanente, DigiKey, Rakuten, Amazon, SiriusXM, Entergy, and more. Before joining Lippincott, Tim was Managing Director of MRM San Francisco and Global Director of Strategy and held leadership roles at Digitas and Accenture.
