Joy Gloria Harendza is the Chief Creative Officer at GROW Asia (part of STEB Group), where she leads and mentors a team of over 50 creative talents. In 2023, Joy was awarded Young Lions Indonesia Gold Winner, earning her a place to represent Indonesia at the prestigious Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity in France, as a testament to her ability to deliver award-winning creative ideas that stand out on a global stage.
Joy is also recognized among Campaign Brief Asia’s 50 Most Awarded Creatives (2025), further solidifying her position as one of the leading creative voices. Earlier in her career, she received a Special Mention in the Student Category at the AIAP Women in Design Award (Italy) in 2019, an international recognition celebrating emerging female talent in design.
Her expertise lies in copywriting and creative strategy, where she crafts compelling narratives and integrated campaigns for both local and international brands. Among her notable works are award-winning campaigns for Netflix, which have contributed to securing The Highest Achievement and Advertiser of the Year titles at the Citra Pariwara Awards across multiple years. She also led the Sunpride Juice campaign, which was recognized as the Most Innovative Media Campaign at Citra Pariwara 2025.
